Stock Pieces

For all standard, non-customised items purchased from our stock, we offer a 28-day returns policy.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

• To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

Custom Pieces

Because custom-made pieces are created specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or refunds for simple change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.

However, we are absolutely committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product. If there is an issue with the quality, a fault in the craftsmanship, or a problem with the order that was our mistake, please contact us immediately. We will work with you directly to find a fair and satisfactory resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or an alternative solution.
